Other day one of my logo got removed from my portfolio, i got a mail from the support team saying, your logo is violating copyright, & they included the link of the logo which is similar to mine. I was not inspired from that logo or never seen that logo before, but i have no proof to prove my side.
Before doing a logo i search on google , graphicriver, dribbble & few logo market places to make sure that the logo is not similar to any logo which is already designed by someone, but now i realized its not enough to make sure that the designs are unique.
My question here are
1, dose this happened to any of you guys before?
2, any suggestion to make this not happen again?

this has happened to me before, they removed my logo from my portfolio but it was a coincidence that someone had a logo similar to mine.
well try to be creative and creating things outside the box (go beyond what everyone else is doing).
do be afraid just be creative

I was doing some logo design for the company i work at and i kept designing logos that already existed i did it 3 time in the same day, must have subconsciously remembered them, was really weird!

This happened to me too. My logo got deleted and received a warning email. It was my top selling logo. Now i made another account in which I only upload logos in case this happens again I will not loose my whole portfolio.

Try reverse image search on Google before submitting your logo. Again, people using copyright as a control mechanism. I think I’m going to just remove all my stuff from my portfolio right now… so tired of these people thinking they own colors and shapes. They send me DMCA notices and I tell them to come over to Florida and take me to court – still waiting patiently for them to do that

those who upload logos used shapes like cloud, infinity symbol, heart, gear, mobile phone, nerd & glasses … should be careful, at any time your works will be removed because of copyright violation
