It’s now 11 days .... still didn’t get any support from Support Team and didn’t get any feedback for my rejection from my reviewer. What’s wrong ? Anyone having this kind of problem before ? Thanks for your support.

have you checked your spam box? 11 days is a long time and when i have had problem they have said why.
You should try with Twitter, they say that is faster.
