Good morning,

I posted a problem that I have with Avada template. I have received an email with a answer. I have tried it and it did not work. Then, I have tried to answer the post in the forum, so I have clicked on the link to the post that appears in the email that informed me about the reply to my post. No luck! It opens a page in the forum but my post is not there.

According to the email, this is the link to my post:

I have tried to open a ticket to get some help with it, but Envato’s support ticket page does not consider the forums but other topics. Please, can you help me?

This forum support is becoming a nightmare for me!

Thank you for your help. I had already read about the support. However, I cannot find the post I wrote. I have even tried clicking on the links “Recent Posts” and “Threads started” that pop up when the mouse rolls over my user avatar. Unfortunately, it displays a page with this post (titled “I cannot find the post”), but the missing post does not appear…

I am afraid that I will have to create it again. I did not want to do it without trying hard first to find the missing post because I know how annoying are duplicated posts and threads in forums.

Any other ideas to find the missing post titled Avada – Wrong active menu before creating a new post about the same topic again?

This sounds like the comment thread for the theme here in envato?

Are you sure that you have submitted a support thread/ticket on this page: http://theme-fusion.com/register/ (outside themeforest)

It is possible if you are still looking within Themeforest that the author removed your post because it is support related and must be asked in the link above and their support forum

Oh, ok, I understand now why I could not see it. I had already written through the dedicated item support. Well, all my doubts are solved now and I have been able to access to the post in the dedicated item support.

Sorry for the trouble I’ve given you with my confusion with the forums and posts. I found this system a little bit confusing.
