I cannot Upload any vectors

Dear friends,

I have signed up an account around a year ago (I already pass the quiz). But when i want to submit my artwork, it doesn’t work. Please anybody can help me?

Hi nyomanF, could you please provide some more details. Do you see an error message? Are you able to see the Upload an item box, in your Author Dashboard?

What exactly is not working? Did you already read the knowledgebase (General File Preparation Guidelines & A step-by-step guide to the upload process)?

@DzincStudio and @DragonSigh: I have..and I already submit the title and description…however when i scrolled it down, there is “File” and what i have to do? I klick the arrow, on the left (down)..nothing show up. Does it supposed to the location of the file? Need help please guys..

Ok, after completing the Name & Description, you will need to upload the required files below. Simply click the Choose File button, and choose the appropriate files from your computer:

• Image Preview
• Thumbnail
• Main File

After the files are successfully uploaded, they will become visible in a drop-down list for you to select. If you are having trouble uploading via site, try uploading via FTP.

I couldn’t find “choose file” button..what should I do?

That’s strange, the Choose File button should be visible:

Try a different browser. If you are still unable to see it, try uploading via FTP. If the issue persists, please Contact Support and include a link to this thread/post. Good luck.
