It’s been 10 days. 4 support tickets and I still can’t access my account. I have had to create another account to write this but I want my old account as I am in credit and have already bought themes. It won’t let me reset my password which I have forgotten. I have always had great support before. Anybody know what is going on!

Those were only support ticket numbers, dzinc needs them in order to locate the support ticket and resolve/forward them to the appropriate staff!
