I do not understand Typography and white spacing

“Anyone help me to understand about Typography and white spacing.”

This is a soft rejection in my theme. This is the reason given by our item inspector:

There is nothing else we can do unless you push harder to improve its design, typography and consistency. The elements are all in different quality and styling or concept/directions, they do not come as a theme but just, elements.
