Simply follow the guides a reviewer gave you and it will dissapear from Soft reject list and will appear in your portfolio :)

if that is the exact advice the reviewer gave you, it would help if at least the english in the sentence was correct..

If the question mark is added by the reviewer it could mean that it is uncertain if this is your final work, it may look ‘unfinished’ in some way, otherwise i have no idea what he means.

The preview image set here is still incorrectly labelled. They should be labelled as such: xx_aname.jpg where xx is a leading double digit number starting at 01. These should typically be within 900×900 pixels.

Preview images have to be uploaded in a zip file named in order, so if you have 2 images name them 01_preview1.jpg 02_preview2.jpg

Reason: The psd should be in 300dpi in CMYK mode.
