Hi, Thanks for submitting your tutorial to the Tuts+ Marketplace. Unfortunately, whilst your tutorial was an excellent introduction to the tools involved, it didn't take the concept quite far enough for a 'Premium' tutorial, and as such I'm afraid we will be unable to commission it from you. Keeping this in mind, we do recommend that you continue to submit further, more-detailed tutorials for review.
No, it isn’t the English a friend (that knows very well english) checked and corrected it.

Hey Agodesa. heh.. I was a little confused when I saw that new avatar and thought you were someone else. Anyways, I think the best you can understand about rejection is only if you ask directly from the reviewer since we cannot see the whole tutorial neither do most of us know much about the guidelines of tuts MP.
