I hate it when someone:

user: Can I have support
US: Yes please go to our support site
user: Thanks I will do that now
user: Tried to sign in but it states I cant because I have not purchased any item from you.
US: You will need to sign in using your Envato username in which you purchased your item.
user: Well actually my friend purchased it and I am doing the customisations on it.
US: Please ask your friend to sign up to support and then use their account.
user: I cant as he is away, look if you are not going to give support I will rate just 1 star.
US: Without the account which purchased the item we will not support sorry.
Do they not know we are not stupid, we know they did not purchase the item and we know “its a friends theme and I’m customising it” is not true!

I think that there is nothing worse than someone who asks support on a stolen item (which is probably the case here)... It happens too often :( !

They offer 30% for each referred user. It’s not much i know, but i’ve made a little over $400 in a year by just referring clients for custom tweaks.

I usually experience this with start-up businesses and they suddenly believe they’re ideas are better once you show them a couple of your most creative drafts. Those are the ones that make me want to fall asleep and wake up in a room full of beautiful naked women kissing me. They’re the ones that make my heart beat fast when I get an email from them every single hour. And lastly they’re the ones that make me want to delete my website, FB, and twitter and never do graphic design again.

I’m not saying every project is suppose to be easy, but they’re not suppose to make you paranoid, depressed and sick to the stomach.
