I installed my wordpress thene, now i need help setting, any volunteer?

Hi guys, i purchased a wordpress theme and i already installed it. Now i need to setting the theme, im a bit lost. I followed the instructions of the theme, but i cant get the same results, i must be doing something wrong. Need help plz, this is my first time with wordpress.

Also, should i give admin access to the person who helps me or it is enough with “editor” role?

Plz if some mod can change thene for theme in the tittle?
