Ok guys i saw a guy selling the same file in 3 different items. The file is being sold alone and in 2 more bundles, it is allowed? I though a design could not be sold more than 2 times (alone and in 1 bundle).
Should i report it?

I do not think it is necessary to report it, my opinion though, if it has been made a mistake, then good for the author! What harm can it bring?

Agreed, peace out! 
It’s not like he is stealing from anybody else.
Of course it makes sense not to sell dozens of bundles with all the same items, but this is rather trivial in my opinion.
Seeing that it’s been close to impossible to get support to react to real copyright problems I would assume that this one would be pretty low on their “to do” list

Just to be clear, Support takes every copyright problem very seriously. In many cases they may not write back to tell you what they’ve done, but trust me when I say that they work like crazy when it comes to copyright.
