The authors are great. Envato however, not so much. The percentages they charge are insulting. It blows my mind that so many people put up with it.
Just to put this out there to the authors letting Envato take advantage of you: Even with Adwords costs, I still make several times the amount I would make per sale here – and I make more sales than even the highest selling themes.
Stop cheating yourselves. Put up your own site and advertise. It’s worth it.
