I Need a Good Video Theme

I run a website which includes over 900 video posts and is growing almost daily. The videos are original with nearly all of them being done by myself. They are uploaded to youtube and then embedded on the website.

I need people to be able to share the videos from the website onto Facebook AND have it fetch the actual video thumbnail and not an advertisement image.

I have searched through the themes and have checked out many. I purchased one for 40 bucks but then discovered that it would not work as I needed it to. I spent many hours working on this theme but now I have to give it up and start over.

This time I thought maybe I could get some advice before committing to a purchase.

check wordpress category for “deTube” its the best anywhere, I use for YT and vimeo content.

The theme I bought looked really good and I thought it would be perfect but then couldnt get it to work right. The creater said “Sorry, it’s an older theme (over 3 years) and I don’t update it much these days” I cannot afford to buy too many themes to test and then discover they dont function as I need.

Ahh, I see, well I’m really happy with this particular theme, the guy is great at updates and answering Qs as well. You may also consider some plug ins to tweak the theme you have. I originally bought a YT plug in here which has the search YT function built in.

No one can give me any more suggestions or advice? I am ready to purchase a theme I just need a little help in the selection

I just read through all of the comments and FAQs on the Detube theme. It does look really good and it seems like just what I am looking for
