I need some help Finding something

Hello guys, I need something like a control panel for users that register/buy or subscribe to what ever the reason is that I want to use. I need it to be able for us to comunicate, or have sections like download area for users ect…. I dont know how to call that so I have no clue. lol

All I want is an area that users need to login with the details I give them for a hidden panel that they can download tutos, videos and guides ect…
