Hi TNL3542, I’m sorry to hear you have been having a tough time lately, depression is a really difficult situation and if you are feeling down, you should definitely seek help. Although it’s great to speak to your friends and family, they aren’t trained professionals and may not always give you the advice you need to get better and back on track.
If you feel the need to speak to someone, there are call centers that deal with issues like this. They have trained staff who are unbiased listeners. They can give you advice that is really valuable, especially if you are feeling really low.
This site lists the numbers for Help lines in the U.S and U.K but most countries have services like this.
We are all here to help you smile and feel better, but if you are feeling especially down, these services can help you.
You need some positive reinforcement in your life. Go to youtube and search for “rich dad poor dad” and listen to that… it will give you an entirely different outlook on life.

Great, I knew there should be a service like that in the US, this can be of big help.
Another helpful method would be to take some sheets of paper and write down everything, as long as it takes. Don’t forget to save them for your life chronicles.
Because most of us are so used to the idea that the physical world is so solid and real, sometimes we need to physically see what’s going on and not just keep it in our heads. Get it out there, in the light! This has helped me many times, as it stops feeling as if you’re fighting with the fog.
Carmen provided another helpful idea for putting it in a physical, sound form. It doesn’t help things become better – it helps you remember that they’ve always been – in a different form and way. Sometimes challenging, causing big and exciting changes in your life. You can not put in order your room if you don’t take everything out first, and scatter it all around.
Thanks again guys for all your feed back.. i found a friend .. who is going to help out..
Hi,
Sorry to hear about your feelings, almost everybody deals with similar feelings time to time in their life, but not all of them have the courage to share them like you, so you’re not alone.
The movie below is one of my all time favourites, and this could be a great time to watch it again.
Absolutely the of the most “feel good” films ever…
“You’ve been given a great gift, George..: A chance to see what the world would be like without you. “
Hoping your New Year is absolutely fabulous!
Hoping things come together for you!
Me, I just lost my home of 13 years and am trying to move on and up!
All that after being laid off from a 16 year career.
I have hopes of things getting better.
