I need advice about typography for my rejected template. Reason for rejection was that it is not unique enough but what bothers me the most is that other reasons for rejection were: bad typography, spacing inconsistencies and excessive usage of patterns.
I really try to improve my typography and learn a lot about that but still I got the same critique.
If someone could tell me what exactly is wrong with my typography in my template and where are spacing issues? I’ve used Google font “Droid Sans” for template.

Well, i don’t like the background (background pattern) and in my opinion menu font-size should be a little bit bigger.

You may be right about menu font size.
Anyone else? I suppose there is some bigger issue with my typography and spacing if that was mentioned as first critique.
