So i don’t know what system to use ? WP or joomla … If people pay per post or monthly ? they pay by paypal or something like ALLO PASS in France …

It sounds like a blog is what you need, so WordPress is what I suggest. CodeCanyon also has membership plugins that you can use for payed memberships.

If you know you’ll add new content monthly (or more often), then you should charge on a monthly basis. You can replace the pay-per-post idea with creating an e-book that you sell separate from the membership.

If you’re writing in English, use Paypal. Actually, definitely use Paypal
