I need your opinion why my theme got hard rejected

hi all, I uploaded my first work few days ago and less than 24 hours I’ve got hard rejected. I want your opinion on my PSD theme, and please guide me what did i do wrong! thank you.

Brutally honest, it’s terrible.

Go back to the drawing board, learn basic design principals, study spacing, hierarchy, rhythm, color theory then try again.
