Hi everyone. I’m still looking for an author to write weekly articles for the ThemeForest blog. I’ve got Drew taking care of the “roundup” type articles. He’s done a fantastic job.
Now, I just need one more author to write specific CSS /HTML/WP tutorials. If interested, go ahead and write a tutorial and email it to me at sitemanager@themeforest.net.
It’s important that you’re as descriptive as possible and that you use plenty of images to help illustrate your points. We’ll pay you $60 for each tut.
JW
I am interested but maybe not on a weekly basis… I may send you a tutorial once in a while and if you think it’s up to par post it in the blog.

Hey Jeffrey, awhile ago when you were looking for someone I emailed you but never heard back. I’ve emailed you about a couple of other things but never hear back. Are you getting my emails (jremick@jremick.com)?
I know you can’t reply to everyone, I just wanted to know if you’re actually getting my emails.
I e-mailed you with links to my Joomla! tutorials. I realize that Joomla! was not on your list but, seeing that you also offer these here on Theme Forest, it might be interesting as well.

@xmdsys – Strange. I don’t recall receiving any emails from you. If you have something prepared, email it to me at sitemanager@themeforest.net.
@o_creative – Thanks! I’ll take a look.

Why such a low pay rate? When PSDTUTS , NETTUTS etc…you make $150 per tutorial?
Hey Jeffery,
I’ve dropped you an email aswell. Looking forward to hearing back from you.

Why such a low pay rate? When PSDTUTS , NETTUTS etc…you make $150 per tutorial? How is this such a low pay rate? It takes me about 2-3 hours max depending on the style of post which comes to $20-30 per hour. Not to mention, its pretty easy and fun work, its for a great company, and you get a link to your site from a company with over 100,000 members.
The TUTS sites pay more as these posts tend to be more in depth and lengthy.
Regards,
Drew

Yep. Just as Drew said; An article/tutorial for NETTUTS would need to be about twice as long and much more advanced.
Assuming it takes two hours, $30 an hour is pretty good! Keep in mind that I also invite my ThemeForest writers to contribute to NETTUTS as well.
Hey Jeff,
When do you think you’ll be getting back to everyone?
Thanks
