Why would a reviewer waste time on someone who can’t design properly, makes no sense.
I agree with you, but only if it’s a new user)

If your theme on soft reject and almost ready (maybe 90-95%) and you need just a little help from reviewer, he almost always answer you very overall without any details.

You want to tell me what you like such support?

Thats really confusing – the original post suggests feedback for ALL submissions BUT this last post says – “If your theme on soft reject and almost ready (maybe 90-95%) and you need just a little help from reviewer, he almost always answer you very overall without any details.” which is what happens already as it is only for soft rejections

I personally get good help from reviewers when my items are soft rejected. And they write explainations what’s good and what not, also include screenshots etc.

Anyways, if your item is almost ready for Envato marketplace, they help you with what they can to get it approved. That’s my experience.

@pixeful marketing and WordPress themes are in another league, you can’t really expect any marketing theme to be approved in the WordPress category, it’s like wanting to participe on tour de france after you rode 150 km with your personal bike. Same with Muse and other categories. That design you posted has flaws and is generic, your biggest advantage is its niche, that people don’t do themes for WHMCS.

The fact that you have 18 items doesn’t make you the best web designer here or an established author, I’d call established and experienced authors the ones in top 50 or 100, and even those authors get rejected. ;) You always find reasons to complain on the forums, if you want to be in the big league, stop complaining and start working, you can’t complain you’re not accepted in the big league if you participate with unbounce landing pages and expect them to sell in WP.

My single item was rejected 3 times, and every time i got same automated email. There was so concrete facts for rejection. Everyone needs the good reason after their hard work being rejected so that we can improve it.

A generic rejection message is enough for me to understand what I did wrong after 2-3 weeks.

Guys, Give a fresh look at your rejected items after 2-3 weeks, I’m sure you will see your faults.

Yes. It worked for me.. several times…

@Smartik Math is good but 28 minutes is not a realistic value. I think most of these files are very far away from “aesthetic” standards and when a reviewer looks at these file demos, it takes 1 minute to click reject button :)

They can’t give feedback for all item submissions but they can do it for other files which are not crap… (no offense)

I agree there should be more reviewer and we deserve more valuable feedback from reviewers. I know they are not our teachers and they don’t have to teach us anything but at least after a month of hard work, getting a hard reject with a meaningless standard message doesn’t help us to improve our items…
