December 12, 2011 was date of my first sale. My wife and I had recently lost our jobs at that point and that one sale meant so much to us at that critical point in our lives. It meant for than the $8 I got from it. It meant hope. We danced.
This is a hard time of the year for many people. Unfortunately many people feel that it’s hard due to lack of money. In this last year, money was harder to come by than other points in my life, but I’ve found it’s important to judge my wealth not in money, but in relationship. My wife and I didn’t get much for each other for Christmas last year… but we had each other and that was enough.
Find wealth in relationship this holiday season. You might be wealthier than you thought.

Happy Jungle Birthday Phil.
You are awesome first as a person, and then as a musician/composer. “The Best is Yet to Come”
Hey Phil
Thanks for sharing that wonderful story and really true words! And congrats for your work in this very good first year! I wish you and your wife a even deeper relationship for the coming year, peace and wealth! As long your wife supports you producing songs for AJ, keep on the good work, if not, consider what’s more important (that’s the way I try to do it…)
All the best wishes and blessings from Switzerland!
Congrats Phil, keep up the good work! Over 500 sales and roughly 100 items ain’t too shabby.
Such wise words Phil! Happy AJ birthday to you! May you and your wife keep dancing with the multitude of sales that come your way!
Happy AJ birthday Phil!
Best regards!
Happy 1st birthday Phil! Congratulations for all you’ve achieved during your first AJ year! May you and your wife have the best Christmas ever!
Thank you for your post Phil! That’s most important but so easy to forget.
Well said Phil.
This time of year is about family and traditions, not so much material things. And hard times can make you realize this more than anything.
I’m glad things are staying positive on your end, as for me I just cant wait to go home!
Stay happy everyone!
Happy birthday and congrats.
