I do not believe the template comes with a Contact page.

What it sounds like to me, since he has no purchases, is that he downloaded it illegally and wants someone to provide him with the working mail.php file

Yeah, I noticed this afterwards as well. I apologize, did not realize at first there was a working contact page for it. You’re right in assuming what you said though, I agree. No purchases, but then again could be another account he’s purchased from. I’ve seen this before.
