@OrganicBeeMedia my apologies if i was rude!

Hazmy, I understand your frustration man. FYI Your ticket was assigned to me a few minutes ago and I’ll reply with specific issues ASAP . Siddharth pointed out a few issues with your design, but unfortunately those are not all the issues.

We try to give as much feedback as possible however is not our responsibility to tell every author how to fix their designs :)

Expect a response from me in the next couple of hours, mate. Thanks for understanding.

PS: There’s no need to be rude in the forums, Chris was trying to help.

All the best,
Ivor

@Realtimefreak , yes contact support, wait one week until they will answer your ticket with the same email that you have received when your item was rejected, until then try to guess why the reviewer rejected it. Yup, a quick, solid process to get some directions of what you can do to improve your item! But be careful in case that, after all he decides to give you some feedback, your item may be reviewed by another reviewer and again will be rejected, because this one has found another issue with it, and so on, quick and easy ;) ! Good luck!

You’re being an asshat.

It is not Ivor, Siddharth, or any reviewer’s job to tell YOU why YOU failed to make a design worthy of being on ThemeForest; So you got rejected, you’re not ready. With an attitude like this I’m sad to see you in our community.

Hello Ivor,

I’m not at all frustrated, and i didn’t wanted to be rude. Also i know that you can’t give feedback to every author how to fix their design, but instead of that generic email (depressing) isn’t more easy to point some accurate issues or at least to exclude from that list the aspects that are alright in this way we can focus on something, instead of loosing time with support tickets, and so on? Don’t get me wrong, i’m totally agree with the rejection, if this will help me to become a better designer, please reject my items every time i submit.

Thank you!

People flying into a temper—fun times.

Hazmy, I know it’s frustrating to get rejected—in these times it helps to take a deep breath, take a walk and come back later.

From a quick look at the notes, I did indeed provide specific feedback. The issue is that you need to apply the feedback, my feedback, the core of the design flaws, to the entire design. We can’t possibly go through the entire design and point out each and every single issue. The screenshots are to ease things for you. It’s our way of saying ‘hey, these are the kinds of issues you’ll need to be fixing’. They aren’t the solitary issues that will lead to an approval once fixed.

You’ll also need to keep in mind that we aren’t required to be this specific in the first place. Remember, we’re here to curate, not critique.

We can’t really walk you through to an approval. It’s logistically impossible, financially infeasible, an incredible time hog and if we choose to do it this one time, not fair to the thousands of other authors.

I know nerves are frayed but I hope there won’t be any ugliness here on in this thread. Thanks for listening. :)

Agreed!

As this went off topic and there’s some rudeness around, I’m gonna lock this one for now. :)
