It says here: “You may use these icons for both commercial and non-commercial projects and customize them any way you like. You may NOT redistribute these icons from any other server.” so it doesn’t look like those would work 
.

You understand it wrong, you can download the icons and use them for either personal or commercial work you want, but you can’t download the icons and provide them to people from your own server for ex, this aim to make the source of the icons unique and this protect the copyright of the icons author
