If anyone has a time, I would appreciate feedback on rejected item

Hello everyone, as the title said, item was rejected and I would really appreciate some feedback from fresh pair of eyes. Item was meant as some sort of online school, or online tutorials but I kept in mind possibility to convert page “Tutorials” to blog and page “Books” to portfolio. Here are screenshots:

The reviewer’s message was:

1) Your template has a good start but, as we have high standards, you will need to make some additional improvements in overall aesthetics and aspects such as graphics, layout, colors, etc.

2) Overall template typography needs additional refinements and improvements before it will be ready for ThemeForest.

3) Further, PSD template category required template with higher quality in terms of design and aesthetically. It has to be pixel perfect, details, professional, unique, eye pleasing and balance.

I will most definitely try different schemes.

Fonts and shadows needs improvement.

Title fonts should be bigger…

I would change that shadow separator that is on middle of page…I would remove it’s shadow and leave it flat. It should be background …

No prob… Maybe you should try with something simple first and later to try with PSD template.

PSD template is a big bite, and with smaller thing you can focus more on details. And with more work you will become more experienced …
