Thanks for fast answer. Okay, lets say i contact PSD -autor witch item was approved on ThemeForest. We agree about payment and i make WordPress Theme. In witch account we shoud submit theme? ThemeForest dont acts as a judge in our relationship, right? If not – its somethink u shoud think about. There are many talented designers and too many lazy coders who dont want learn Photoshop and design in hight level. If u make this people cooperate u can get way better quatity products.

Is it obligatory to buy an extended license for such a convertation? If the author confirms his agreement to provide us with his PSD template in order to make a Wordpress and the conditions of the further profit sharing, is it necessary to buy the template at all?
