Thanks. Reason I ask is, I have bought many themes. Most if not all of the ones I have purchased ( numbers game I suspect ) only include a sendmail.php file, but all are based on html framework.

You should include the full HTML version too I think. Depend on the way people are used to work. And you want to target/have-a-great-feedback-on-your-comment-page-from everyone… not only the hardcode PHP guys.

You can include in your package an additional folder with “splited php files” using “include” for common elements.

I’m not envato reviewer or anything like this, but I think html templates actually should be .php – soooo many times I’ve been asked to rework some templates purchased in here and can you imagine change one option in footer where you’ve got 12 subpages ? My only full page template has got .php files and makes life much easier.

Well, there are many other languages that we need to consider, not just php. So, html is a good start for developers.

lol.

As opposed to server side scripting.

So I am still confused, if I was to develop a landing page or under construction page. Can I use php , and php includes ? Or must it be in html.. so pages are foo.html
