Sounds very, very promising.
I just hope it doesn’t end up in some corporation’s safe deposit.
It’s good to see progress in the attempts to harvest energy from hydrogen fusion, and from what I read in the article there are already working prototypes of this E-cat. Awesome! 5.6x the energy input is spectacular!
Just.. don’t expect it to change your means of energy supply within the next few years. Things like this can take a really long time to develop to a point where it’s ready for common usage. The only short-term development we might see is a slight reaction on the stock exchange
Nothing comes to reality without 2-3 decades of hard testing and risks to replace conventional methods. The immediate action that requires right now is stop making consumerism to reduce oil usage – along with finding alternatives.
hmm… I thought it is external link
Clean Energy is one thing and waste reduction is another thing that comes along. At current rate of consumerism (even in the 3rd and 4th world countries), disposing wastes going to take half of the energy required for production and has transmission difficulties through non conventional methods – not a layman’s interest though, we like headlines; not the reality.
