Can you post a link on your site to a video over at videohive that is using your track and receive payment if a new customer follows that link?
Might be a dumb question but, can you have a link on your AJ profile page with the referral code in it that directs to your own tracks? Or any links on your profile page must be directed somewhere else?
Sorry if these seem like dumb questions but I’ve read the affiliate page and am still confused.

There’s no such thing as a silly question. 
All referral codes WITHIN the marketplaces do not work. It’s purposely set up that way to prevent abuse. All referral codes used EXTERNALLY (e.g. YouTube, your own site/blog, in an e-mail signature) – they will all work. Refer away, SkyProductions!
