I’m looking for some Envato staff to help me on my very strange problem in ThemeForest. I’ve contacted support (#UMZ-520-56035), then contacted my favorite Travis King and then tried to contact other people that I know. But it seems that there is no solution for my easy but very strange problem but to wait for another day/week or even month…
Is there someone to be interested to help me please??? Somebody? Anybody?

I requested a staff member to reply. I saw the other thread and actually I am surprised your issue is not resolved yet.
They don’t work on weekends I thought…? If it’s urgent you may consider letting us know what the problem is. I doubt most buyers frequent the forums anyway. It doesn’t have to be specific, but perhaps shedding some light on the situation for us will help us help you.
So you don’t tell anyone what the issue is, yet you open a topic. For what purpose? If nobody here can help you, this topic is just useless, a ticket is just enough.
Ok, just don’t want to play mystery. I wish this is not against forum rules but if it is, I would be happy to flag my own post (just tell me).
In short, last week my theme disabled by accident instead of another theme (I got a message that you should fix this theme – Theme of another author – then we will re-enable your theme. I told this is not my theme but I swear to god that if you give me permission I will fix this theme in a few minutes to make my theme enable again). Now, the other theme is finally disabled but mine is not re-enabled yet.
It’s entering the fifth day
P.S. The text I put between () is just a joke and I’m just kidding to keep myself motivated! I didn’t respond that way but sent a ticket that I believe my theme is disabled by mistake.
I’m in partnership with Iman on this theme and I have been completely blown away by the lack of communication from the reviewers on this issue.
It is understandable that it is the weekend, and we will have to wait till Monday for a response but the reviewers had Thursday and Friday to investigate this. They have almost killed this theme. It was a new theme released only last week and when it is activated again, it will probably be lost in the 2nd or 3rd page. The way this has been handled has been completely unfair.

Maybe they will make an exception and take it to the order it should be, at least for a couple of day. Since this is a problem caused by lack of communication, not you, not your theme. I hope they will fix this. Have a nice day.
