Im new need help finding template please

Hello Im trying to find a theme that has a clean home page that just has name in front center or logo with background color, then name dissolves into second page which will hold the tab buttons. Id like to know if anyone here knows of a theme. Or if one can design it I will have all images and content to put in I have flow sheet but dont know how to post it. sorry im noob.
