Just think what would happen if we removed your file Survivor on the strength of xstortionist’s claim alone. The DMCA process is the current industry wide standard for this reason. Yes it takes time and effort, but it also prevents us from disabling files recklessly as well.

Well KingDog, I understand that You need to do some steps before You disable items / accounts, but the first file of this author was taken down after less then 24 hours, so I’m just currious why not the others? What is the difference?

May be my English isn’t good enough to be understood, but I’m not trying to insult anyone from Envato, I’m just sad about the situation.

i just do not understand why only the files can be taken. Why it’s not possible to tell that if anyone has been caught on the top then just simple stop to accept any further job in the future. 1 to 3 months ban also could works. C’mon if the Envato do this, thats not a jurisdiction. This place is his own, so no need to prosecute, no need to sue. Just do not accept further job thats all.
