Image on HomePage (theme Architec) and Menues

Hi, Image on Homepage is too big. What is the size of the image and the size of the Logo so that the layout looks like the sample?

Also Menues are not showing: I read the basic documentation you provide and I don’t understand this sentence: After Your menu is saved you’ll need to choose your navigation from the dropdown list under the ‘Theme Locations’ section.
