Hi there!

I have a question,if I want to use some images in one of my designs,could i ask the author to let me use them and then just link him in the comment place?

You can, but if you go to the ‘Assets’ section in your profile, TF give you a load of sample files that you can use in your designs.

So may as well just use them.

You can use the images in the asset library here – http://themeforest.net/page/asset_library and not even worry about giving credit or linking as these images are provided to everyone. Any external sources outside of the asset library though need explicit permission :)
