Does both suppoort clean export theme when I make template?

Bear in mind that if you use Genesis framework your buyers will need to buy the framework too if they want to use your child theme. Use forum search function and you’ll find many threads about good frameworks. See what most people use and try to get familiar with those frameworks and then choose your own
