We just now requested a withdrawal of all earnings for the end of the month… However, we hit “submit request” and it was immediately accepted and the only remaining balance is the amount of money we had left from our deposits ($1.00).

Has this happened to anyone else – your withdrawal being accepted before the end of the month?

And… if we make any more sales in the next day and a half (before the month is up), do we have to request another withdrawal? Never seen this happen.

That happens when you try to withdraw a specific amount not the “All balance available on 31st” you might have checked the wrong box. Cancel the order and do it again properly.

Ha ha, yeah, I’ve done that a few times and freaked out each time as the amount dropped to goose eggs :). The fix is as easy as canceling and redoing the withdrawal as placdarms said.

heh… The problem we figured out was that we DID click all earnings… but for whatever reason the first time it did not go through. Then it reset to the amount that we had in our account, when we thought it stayed on all earnings. But now it’s fixed. Thanks for the help!
