It’s not the quality that need to be improved, but the author terms.

It will be interesting to see what exclusive author term Adobe would present. A bit of healthy competition might force FD to reconsider their % across the board, if they want to keep all of their exclusive authors! Authos will go where the best incentives are to be found. And in my view there is a lot of room for improvement.

I am a bit late in seeing this thread but i have to say what a load of *&%^ :( from Adobe!!!

Seriously does this mean any site making money with “flash” somewhere in there domain name are going to have to change there domain name?

ActiveDen dosn’t say flash to me flashDen say flash to me. Would ActiveDen help come across this place in the first instance. No!

Why are you giving into Adobe? if the domain was flash.net then fair enough.

Thats a very negative view.

No negativity from me here. this its just the reality. Failling to see the reality its not called positive thinking. If they are sure they will provide quality there’s no need to use inconsistent claims about copyright with this company and with others as shown in this thread.

Adobe own the software….they could probably hire20-30 Developers who could spit out every kind of file every day of the week.

That could be possible, they have the money and the possibility to do it. But it will be a great mistake from them. They will destroy the authors, as those presented on this marketplace. Those authors will not buy the software in the future, as they need to find another way of make a living.

Also no great author will go work for adobe for a fixed salary, as they can easily make that amount working for themselves. Those means less quality file that you may find here.

That means quality here must go up.

this its a must, adobe marketplace or not.

Also I can see their licence terms being a bit more realistic.

were did you see that?

well if Adobe is going to start a market place it’s gonna be huge… that’s all I’m gonna say

The very good thing about this is Adobe going to be always “Adobe” and the site may probably very difficult to use, complexities in license and worst support from officials, no response to community so… :D
