I’ve been looking around the site for information about this, but haven’t found any.

I designed and coded an HTML template, but I do not use Photoshop. The design is in SVG format, which could be opened in Illustrator or imported into Photoshop. I coded it into HTML , so it is usable as a template, but would it be rejected because the design files are not PSD ?

My take on this – It would be accepted since PSD files are not required for HTML themes. So you’ll have to select “NO” for “PSD Included?”. However, you can mention on the template page that you’ve included an SVG file.

PSD ’s do not have to be included in HTML Templates, so it’ll be fine.

Yup, just as dracano and dan said, it’s not required. You might want to mention that in the template description though so buyers know there’s still something to work with included.
