I have repeatedly Support themeforest.net requested! And has been for many months! But never an answer!
In the meantime, of (10)ten WP-Themes purchased, are only six (6) for download!!!!!!!!
For what I Pay? For NO Themes! Or NO support for! I think for both!
First of all you should calm down yourself.
Next I will qoute this sentence from Downoads page:
You should download your purchases immediately as items may be removed from time to time.
I think it is self-explainatory. If a file doesn’t sell anymore it is not worth to provide updates for it anymore. Not because this is a good thing but that’s how many authors do it here. I personaly prefer to keep files in my portfolio but other authors don’t and nobody can forbid them to delete their own items.
Support is not required, you signed up and agreed to that

You are purchasing a file AS-IS, AT that specific time, you can’t expect to download the same item in months/years, it’s your responsability to download what you’ve purchased. And you’re not buying any updates or suport, you’re buying the theme as-is. Any support is offered by the author in his own free time
Just a thought… have you checked your Spam folder? There are only a very small number of tickets opened by you, all of which received a response within 24 hours, after the initial automated message.
Furthermore, one of the tickets had the address misspelled upon opening the ticket (“gmai” instead of “gmail”). In the future, please consider checking all inserted details prior to hitting “send”.

As for the removed items, the above information is correct. You are always supposed to download the item as soon as possible, and this is clearly mentioned.
