Its not far off your design, but its more the style than the design, in experience from these kind of matters, there is nothing you can do as nothing is the actual same.
This person probably took your design as inspiration, which lets face it, on here allot of designs look the same which means allot of people on here take inspiration from others also.

Honestly, I don’t know what you can do about this.
However, if this person that has produced a similar flyer and has used your work as inspiration, you should be flatterd. It shows that they. Slice your work is nice and worth imitating.
