That will happen with Facebook very soon too (if it is not already done) :)

I hope it won’t happen to facebook.

this would had been funny if is not plain insulting.

quote:

“It said instead that users had incorrectly interpreted its revised terms of serviced, which it blamed on its “confusing” choice of language.”

absolutely ridiculous :) The words had been very clear, even a monkey could understand that change to the license. Yet they blame their users for being to stupid to understand some words and create unnecessary panic. You find the thief steal a bike but he accuse you to not understand that the bandsaw is actually a key to open the lock.

What they actually mean is that they are deeply sorry the license was so clear, they need to change it and make it more confusing to better hide what they are allowed to do or not.

Mind boggling to see how Bono from U2 has spent most off his life trying to look like a martyr, helping the poor, working alongside Amnesty International, Humanitarian work, etc. All, while making sure the press were there to take his photos.

Yet, he supports and possesses market shares in a platform such as Facebook / Instagram. Seems like he can live quite well, With or Without you. ;)

No, no, no, no. It was a marketing move. Thousands of sites wrote about Instagram and linked back to it. This scandal will be forgotten in a month or two, but the backlinks remain. ;)
