Interested in theme existing/custom for Wordpress best for College or educational institution

I'm looking for very decent and attractive WordPress theme custom/existing one which will be better for educational institution related to Management studies.

Possible features:
1] New updates and notification
2] Events updates and notification with calendar
3] on home page easy links to offered courses details.
4] on home page easy links to faculty and other relevant information in case of any college related website.
5] nice and easy to read fonts with more regular font size
6] Newsletter subscribe box for two more more different newsletters (one box is also fine)

Any other enhancements are always welcome and greatly appreciated..
