That’s the curse of living in North America. The US, Mexico, and Canada are such huge countries geographically, that it is tough to lay enough high speed cable/fiber to cover everybody. It is much easier in places like South Korea, Hong Kong, or Switzerland where the whole country could fit in the area of one US state.
