Introducing AuthorHQ + Feature requests!

Hi all!

The last few weeks I’ve been developing a WordPress customer support plugin that is completely integrated with the Envato API . So I’m proud to present: AuthorHQ

AuthorHQ is the ultimate solution for all Envato Marketplace Authors who want to provide support to their customers. Besides the support features it also has some great tools for the author like a financial dashboard with handy information like:

• A line graph with year statistics
• Sales today
• Today’s earnings
• Current balance
• Monthly average sales
• Monthly average earnings
• Fun facts
• An much more!

At the day of launch AuthorHQ will be delivered with 1 service namely a support forum. These are some of the support forum features:

• Front-end registration
• Front-end purchase verification
• Multiple categories
• Permission system based on verified purchases
• Dynamic topic prefixes like open, resolved or closed
• Moderator support
• Customer information
• Template system (easy to modify)

AuthorHQ is in sync with our own API , this means that you get instant notifications when new updates or services are available. I’m planning to release the following services in the next few weeks:

• Ticket system
• Bug tracker
• License / Item tracker
• FAQ system

Now I need your feedback! Let me know what features you would like to see in AuthorHQ. I can’t promise that your request will be added to the final version, but I’ll do my best to add the most requested.

Just wanted to say this looks fantastic and I’m excited to see it in action!

What types of ways will users be able to register? For example, is the login specific to the site, or would it be integrated with one of the universal login / single sign-on options (Facebook, OpenID, Google, Twitter, etc)? I think supporting a universal login would really give your product even more appeal, as one of the customer’s common gripes about off-site support is having to manage multiple login credentials.

Anyway, looks great!

AuthorHQ uses the native WordPress user system, which means you can use other WordPress plugins like OpenID etc.
