Hi Alex, unfortunately items cannot be updated while they are initially in the queue.

If your items are soft rejected for format correction, you will not have to wait again when you correct it.. When you resubmit, the updated files go to the front of the queue with priority, so you will only wait a few minutes or hours, not days.

If you delete your submissions while they are in the queue, they will lose their placement and you will have to start again at the bottom, which will take longer.

And no, your account will not be blocked for sending an incorrect bitrate, ne perezhivai :)
