Guys any idea why my iPad shows notification in the notification center but they are not displayed on my home screen? :0

Go into Settings > Notifications, then go down to the apps individually. If you click on any one of them, you’re presented with a ton of options. You can tell it to display notifications from any app as a normal bubble, or in notification center up top. Below that you can set the app to also display notifications on your lock screen. When I first upgraded my lock screen notifications we’re all off.

Ended up being a good thing, I’d much rather go through and turn on the 2 or 3 that I want on my lock screen instead of having to turn off the 30 I don’t want.

I also kept getting the 3200 error… After a few tries my update started and I got it after a half hour or so after release. New notifications and camera is pretty slick… Annoyed that I had to re-download about 20 apps but what the hell, as far as iPhone upgrades go this is the best major one I have seen yet in terms of “just working.” I am also glad updates can be done from the phone from now on!

As for my iPad 2, split keyboard, real tabs and reader in safari are where it’s at :D

I upgraded to iOS 5 and I am very impressed. I do enjoy the BBM Killer (iMessages).

I just updated flawlessly my 3GS. As I thought, waiting is always the best option when Apple is messing around. Now I can be bothered even more with that sliding dockbar at the top, ugh! :dead:
