Is it allowed to make a new account,because there’s no option to change a username on TF??...right??So it’s allowed right?i don’t have any themes yet,that’s why i want to start with a new username a to finally upload my theme!

You have the option to contact support to change your username but yes you can create a new account if you want

How do I change my username? Usernames can be changed by support. If you wish to change your username, please contact Support and state the reason you’d like to change your username, your current username and your first name and last name. Please also include three choices for a new username, listing your highest preference. Please note that if support receives repeated requests for username changes or has reason to believe a change in username will cause administrative problems, they may not be able to process a username change.
