I have a buyer that is asking me the license certificate of the visual composer that I included in my theme. He is planning to ask for support. Is that ok? or NO?

Thanks :)

I am not 110% but I do not think you should as they did not technically “buy it”. If they need help then they should email the author explaining it was included in the theme. Plus if they then register the license to their email noone-else including you can do it.

I could be wrong though.

Thanks Alex. I requested a staff reply. I hope we can hear from them soon. Thanks

You should not share your license certificate with anyone.
