1. Is it ok to sell HTML Templates (Theme 1) here and the Wordpress version of (Theme 1) sell on the other website?

2. Is it ok to remove items here and sell it on the other website?

1. Yes. Most WP themes also have HTML template versions. Most of mine also include PSD versions, if you really want to release a full spread.

2. Can’t say for certain, but I think this is correct. So long as you remove the item here, you can sell it elsewhere. I’ll let an admin answer formally though. The question is why you’d want to sell elsewhere? TF is bar-none the best site that I’ve found to sell templates.

Are you an exclusive author? If you aren’t, you’re more than free to sell your templates across multiple sites.

If you are, you’ll need to delete your TF templates before offering them somewhere else.
