Hi guys,
As most of you authors out there will know, there are 100’s of free sliders, from nivo to responseslider.
My question is… Is it worth going for something like Layer Slider from codecanyon rather than a basic slider like nivo.
Is it worth paying the $50 for a commercial license of premium sliders to place within a html or wordpress theme?
Yep, but only if your theme worth the 45-50 $ hahaha
Start with the free sliders first and just modify them heavily, after you’ve got a bit of money behind your theme/project then buy the premium sliders.
Totally!
Just curious, but would you need to ask the author before you can include it in a theme?

If its MIT license, then no, you just have to have the license within the theme docs.
If its the commercial, again no, if you buy extended license you can input it within the theme. But only once per theme.
